Send us non-perishable samples and/or coupons & information, and we’ll load them into our logo bags to be picked up curbside on expo day & shipped to GF folks and influencers across the country!

Participation Details

  • Participation is free, but a refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. If your samples arrive as described and within the designated window, your deposit will be 100% refunded within 2 weeks of the event.
  • A refundable deposit is NOT required to add coupons/flyers to the bags, but pre-packaged samples with or without coupons receive considerably more attention and social media exposure than coupons/flyers alone.
  • All samples, coupons & flyers etc. must arrive at our warehouse between 4/6/21-5/1/21 to be included in the event.
  • Space in the bags is limited and available on a first-come first-served basis. They fill fast! 
  • After registration has been completed and your deposit has been received, we’ll post your logo on our website event page. 
  • Bags go on sale 3/1/21 for $20 each for curbside pick-up on the day of the event. A limited number of bags will also be available for nationwide shipping. 
  • 50 bags will be shipped to GF influencers across the country. The minimum sample requirement for the influencer bags is 200 pieces. 
  • All of this info and shipping details will be sent via email after registration.

  • We're filling 2,000 bags. You may send anywhere between 200-2,000 samples/coupons/flyers, but a description and quantity is required. Description & quantity MUST match what is received at our warehouse or deposit will be forfeited. If you are sending samples, you must send at least 200 pieces to be eligible for the influencer bags.
