Learn to cook an authentic dish from around the world with Chef Lindsay Sterling. In this class, you will learn the secrets to making Salvadorian pupusas. These are extra-thick, hand-made tortillas that are stuffed with beans and cheese and served with a tomato sauce and cabbage-jalepeno slaw.
