Blackie’s – Something for everyone

Blackie’s Bull Dog Tavern in Smithfield, RI, is our kind of place. Owners Jeanine Lannucci and Angie Armenise have created a menu that truly offers “something for everyone.” This means that the menu includes options that are gluten free, vegan, paleo, keto and more. They’re super careful in the kitchen, they have dedicated gluten-free fryers, and they just moved into gorgeous new digs. 

Check it out – they’ve got burgers (beef and veggie) available on Udi’s rolls, gluten-free veggie ramen, fish and chips, vegan/GF tacos and nachos, wings, ribs, clams and so many more interesting options that will suit any diet or mood that walks in the door.  And, they want you to dine happy, so they’ll do their best to amend items to suit your needs. The menu is so perfectly full of interesting healthy, trendy, and traditional foods, we doubt you’ll want to change a thing.

Blackie’s is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, but the kitchen does use designated fryers, pans, knives, cooktops and cutting boards, and they get it. There are even gluten-free desserts.
