Auntie Cathie’s Kitchen
We just love digging up little GF gems, and Auntie Cathie’s Kitchen definitely qualifies. Auntie Cathie recently moved her entire operation from West Springfield to this charming historic building in 
Agawam, MA, adjacent to a some offices and lovely shops. She now serves “lite fare” breakfast and lunch in a charming farmhouse-style dining room. She also runs a dedicated GF bakery that cranks out an incredible array of muffins, cupcakes, cookies, custom cakes, breads, and more. We sampled an amazing GF/DF Boston cream whoopie pie, a GF/DF Boston cream cupcake (both pictured below), and an incredible cookie and pumpkin muffin. Many of her bakery items are dairy free as well (major bonus points). Cathie also caters and she has a food truck, which we’re hoping to see (and sample!) at one of our upcoming events in the works for 2019.
So do yourself a favor, whether you live nearby or are passing through the area, stop in for a treat and say hello to Cathie, who’s always there working hard and baking harder. Thanks, Auntie!
