The founders of B.Good set out 15 years ago to create fast food that felt good. Their menus contain locally-sourced ingredients and are loaded with healthy choices. GF options abound, from various kale, quinoa and salad bowls to a really fun selection of burgers, including turkey and veggie, all available on GF buns. Their fries are flash fried in a dedicated GF fryer and finished off in the oven. They also have soups, smoothies and shakes, as well as a healthy kids menu. B. Good has locations all up and down the east coast, including 4 in Connecticut. We hesitate categorizing this chain as fast food. Their own slogan, “Real food fast” pretty much sums it up.
