She is a James Beard Foundation Award finalist, recipient of the Nautilus Gold and Silver Book Awards, and recipient of the World Gourmand “Second Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the World” and “Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the United States” Awards.
Terry is a highly sought-after educator, consultant, and speaker and works extensively as a clean food chef and advocate for healthy change in the way we eat and live. Terry is at the forefront of the clean eating lifestyle movement and is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and passion to eat clean and live well. Founder of “Baltimore Gluten Free”
Andrea Balzano Tucker is a celiac disease advocate and founder of Baltimore Gluten Free, an online and in-person gluten-free community for Baltimore and beyond. She is host of the daily briefcast Gluten Free News, available on smart speakers like Alexa, Google Home and wherever podcasts can be heard.
As the parent of a child with celiac disease and gluten free herself, Andrea understands the challenges of living gluten free for medical reasons. As a health educator, she is passionate about connecting people to vetted information and resources to make those challenges easier.
She frequently works with the University of Maryland Celiac Center and leads two dynamic support groups. Cel-Kids is an activity-based support group for kids living with celiac disease and their families, and the Baltimore Gluten Free Meet Up Group, a social group for adults.
