Colony Diner
Colony Diner in Wallingford is one of those places that flies under the radar, quietly serving up great celiac-friendly food. We
heard about it from a celiac friend and zipped right down for breakfast. We weren’t disappointed. The pancakes were huge and delicious and there was something really special about the french toast – we’re not quite sure what, but it was notably better than other gluten-free french toast we’ve had. They also have gluten-free bread for sandwiches and have some gluten-free soups, depending on the day. Be sure to discuss your dietary needs with your server when ordering.
If you’re in the middle of the state and in the mood for a diner, definitely give Colony a try. And, if you can make it to our expo on April 22, 2018, we’re hoping you’ll see them there, too!
