Marlene will show you how to recreate the authentic flavors from her childhood and from traveling extensively throughout Asia. On a mission to introduce more Asian dishes, Marlene & Jeff went on a culinary immersion early this year, taking classes in five cooking schools in Bangkok, Bali and Siem Reap. In this class, we will make green curry paste from scratch which will be the base for both our delectable appetizer and the mildly spicy and bursting- with- flavor Thai Green Chicken Curry, one of Marlene’s all-time favorites!
