Giv Us More Waffles!
In September of this year, Giv Coffee in Canton started making these gluten-free waffles. We reported on them back then, but, concerned that you may have forgotten about how delectable they are, we returned for another try. They make the waffle batter in-house, using all gluten-free ingredients, and slip them inside a cute little bag, no fork required. Soft on the inside with just a breath of sugar brushed on the outside, adding a perfect subtle crunch, they are absolutely one of our favorite gluten-free finds in the state. If you don’t already know Giv’s philosophy, here it is, in their words:

*Giv Coffee is not a dedicated gluten-free facility. Their waffles are made using gluten-free ingredients, but are prepared kitchen that uses wheat and other gluten ingredients.
