*Vendor spaces are approximately 8'x8'. Please ensure that your set-up (including tables) does not exceed your space.
*This is a sampling and/or selling event.
*A COI (certificate of insurance) naming Gluten-Free New England as additional insured is required to participate.
*Booth assignments will be based upon receipt of a completed application, COI and payment, with priority given to early bookings.
*All signage and decoration is the responsibility of the vendor; no signage permitted on walls. Pop-up displays & banners are welcome, provided they fit within your space.
*Set-up begins at 7am; you must be ready for business by 9:30am for our "Early Birds."
*Hotel block is secured at the Marriott Courtyard at 600 Northrup Rd. in Wallingford, CT. You may contact the hotel directly or email us for the link.
*WiFi is included in the vendor cost
*Invoices provided upon request
*Maximum of 4 people per booth
*Please be respectful of your neighbors; no "hawking."
Health Department Inspections
Food vendors for this event are not required to submit or pay for a temporary health permit. However, all food vendors are expected to follow all rules and regulations as set forth by the Burlington, MA Dept. of Health., and WILL be inspected on the day of the event for adherence to regulations. All vendors must comply with health department inspectors and their agents. Vendors preparing food onsite must access and fulfill the Burlington, MA health department requirements. Please contact us if you are unsure about your particular booth.
Trash receptacles will be placed throughout the area and at each booth. Vendors are required to empty their trash into the designated dumpster or take it with them at the end of the event.
Cancellations prior to 10/1/19 will receive a full refund, minus a $50 fee. After 10/1/19, all fees are non-refundable
By signing this vendor contract and participating in this event, "I hereby give my consent to all photographs, audio recordings, academic work, and/or video recordings taken of me or my staff. I understand that any such photographs, audio recordings, academic work, and/or video recordings become the property of Gluten-Free New England and may be used by Gluten-Free New England or others with their consent for educational, instructional, or promotional purposes determined by Gluten-Free New England in broadcast and media formats now existing or created in the future."

*We will be present at the Gluten-Free New England Greater Boston Expo on Sunday, October 27, 2019. We will provide all vendors with an 8x8 booth including a 6' table, tablecloth and two chairs. You agree to:
- Work from the space assigned to you, provide your own staff, be ready for business by 9:30am on the day of the event, and clear the area by 5pm
- Provide ONLY gluten-free samples, foods, and products, and designate your goods as "Dedicated Gluten-Free" or "Not Dedicated Gluten-Free" using the table tents provided.
- Follow our rules and instructions, which may include following the Burlington, MA Health District temporary food permit requirements.
-Help us promote our event via your social media whenever possible.
Be open for business from 9:30am-3:30pm on the day of the event.
-Obey all laws.
-Be responsible for all taxes paid on products/foods sold by you at the event.
-Leave your booth in the same condition as the you arrived. Any damage to the space will be fully remedied at your expense.
-You take all risk of loss or damage to your merchandise or other property, no matter how it is caused. You must obtain any insurance you want for your merchandise or other property. If your property is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will not hold the organizers responsible. Organizers mean Gluten-Free New England, LLC, our agents, employees, and Boston Marriott Burlington. You are required to have liability insurance naming Gluten-Free New England, LLC as additional insured.
-You agree to take part in the Gluten-Free New England Greater Boston Expo on 10/27/19 and will submit all applicable fees.
-Any changes to this contract must be in writing and signed.
-All matters not covered by these regulations are subject to the decision of Gluten-Free New England, LLC.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and forever save and hold harmless Gluten-Free New England, LLC., Boston Marriott Burlington, and any organization working with us, and any of their employees or agents, affiliates, or related entities and their respective staff, shareholders, members, partners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, tenants, agents, contractors, and volunteers, from and against any and all damages, claims, losses, demands, costs, expenses (including attorney fees and costs), obligations, liens, liabilities, actions, and causes of action threatened or actual, which any one of the indemnities may suffer or incur arising from your acts or the breach of any agreement, obligation, warranty or representation made herein, or for claims not closely related to our duties under this agreement, except to the extent such claims arise from our negligence or willful misconduct. The foregoing indemnification shall survive any termination or the expiration of the term of this agreement. Your indemnification does not extend to damages, claims, or losses occasioned by the acts of subcontractors of either you or our agents.
