Gluten-Free Apple Crumble Bread Pudding




This bread pudding dessert calls for gluten-free cinnamon raisin bread. You can use regular gluten-free bread if you like, but the cinnamon raisin does add a little extra kick!

Crumble Topping ingredients
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • pour coconut or almond milk into large bowl.
  • Add apple pie spice, eggs, vanilla and granulated sugar, mix until well blended and smooth
  • Add bread cubes and apples; coat well.
  • Pour into greased 13×9-inch baking dish. Let stand 10 minutes.
  • For the Crumble Topping, mix brown sugar, oats and apple pie spice in medium bowl.
  • Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle evenly over top.
  • Bake 50 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.

Serve warm with dairy or non-dairy ice cream or whipped cream!
