Mark Israel, owner, operator and baker, really knows his stuff. The entire place is free from gluten, corn, soy, and nuts, but he makes plenty of baked goods that are also free from other allergens including dairy, eggs and more. Mark also makes his own gluten-free flour mixes which vary, depending on the item. He makes bagels, breads, rolls, challah, cakes, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, along with really fun treats you’ll find nowhere else. He’s got paleo-friendly items as well.
On any given day you can walk in and grab a quick snack, treat or dessert, but you can place a special order for pretty much anything, including custom cakes for any occasion. Our personal favorite is the chocolate chip cookie lava cake – a dense chocolate brownie-cake base wrapped around a chocolate chip cookie. It’s like your own personal chocolate heaven. Trust us.
