Gluten-Free Baby Bundts of VT – where adorable meets delicious

A couple of years ago, Michelle Hines-Tomlinsin’s oldest daughter developed severe eczema. It was then that she and her husband decided to convert their entire kitchen to gluten free. They researched, learned and experimented, and it worked. Their daughter’s skin cleared and they discovered the many benefits of a healthy gluten-free diet.

An experienced pastry chef, Michelle then embarked on a quest to create the best-tasting, perfectly-sized gluten-free desserts. She decided to make adorable mini bundt cakes suitable for one to two people, and Baby Bundts was born. Using a different mix for each cake flavor, Michelle blends her own flours favoring Teff, an ancient GF grain and staple in Ethiopian cuisine.  Her kitchen is dedicated gluten free, with some cake flavors available dairy free as well. She uses as many local ingredients as possible.

Michelle doesn’t have a storefront, but her cute little cakes can be found in many local markets and stores in Vermont. They can also be ordered online, and she takes special orders as well. Her mission is to provide the best tasting, wholesome desserts for folks who need to eat gluten free, or just prefer it. And the portions are perfect.
