Ingredients

5- 8 oz skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup gluten free flour (I used Bob’s red mill oat flour)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chicken broth low sodium
4 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup capers rinsed
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
