Gluten-Free / Dairy-Free Chocolate Eclairs: A&J Bakery’s Magic

For weeks before the expo, A&J Bakery teased us about introducing an exciting new product at the event. And, this past Sunday, they made sure that every attendee at the expo who wanted one got one – a gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate eclair.

They brought sheets and sheets of eclairs. Hundreds of them. They made eclairs for days before the expo, and we’re so glad they did, because they taste as close to the real thing as we could ever imagine. You can now purchase them directly from their storefront in Cranston, RI, and if you don’t live nearby, they’ll be available for shipping soon – just in time for the holidays. The timing is perfect, because these are such a gift!
