The entire Thanksgiving menu at Twist Bakery & cafe is free from gluten, peanut, dairy, sesame, and nuts(except for coconut). Items containing soy are noted. Twist does not offer turkey, but they do offer plenty of everything else, including garlic mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, and raspberry-cranberry sauce. They’re also offering rolls, pumpkin bread, corn bread, stuffing cubes, apple pie, lemon bars, chocolate chip cookie pie and more.
