Karma Foods and Wellness in Brewster, MA describes itself as a “one stop resource for anyone who desires to live a healthy life through food, exercise and mental well-being.” Their dedicated gluten-free kitchen offers ready-to-eat and prepared foods, all to go. This includes stuffed waffle bowls, veggie bowls, quinoa bowls, veggie burgers and more. They also make tons of gluten-free a vegan treats, which we sampled and highly recommend. There are also smoothies, nutritional supplements and workshops, classes, yoga and more. Take note that there’s no seating – Karma is strictly to-go only. But judging by the crowds, no one seems to mind!
