Hook, Line, and….Gluten Free!

Everyone knows that there are select restaurants and eateries throughout New England where you can find delicious, gluten-free fried seafood. In fact, you can check out this article for a great list. (and let us know which ones we missed!)  But when it comes to picking some up right from your grocer’s freezer, the options are considerably more limited. Well, we just discovered a great one in Hook, Line and Savor. They offer three kinds of fish, including black bean encrusted, beer battered (yes, GF), and citrus ginger.  All products are produced in a shared facility, but their cross-contamination protocols are stringent, and they test regularly under 20ppm. At the moment Hook, Line and Savor is only available at Price Chopper and Wegman’s, but we’ll take it!
