Maggie McFly's – Uniquely Gluten Free
Maggie McFly’s is a local chain with 5 restaurants throughout the state, and a love for local suppliers. From burgers to bacon, from cheese to desserts, you can eat a great meal with very small carbon footprint. We love that. Â And, they have really nice gluten-free options, to boot. They have a dedicated gluten-free fryer, so you can eat the fries. They also use this fryer to make gluten-free chicken tenders with a rice-based breading. Â And, they offer nice, big gluten-free cheese rolls(from Danbury!) for burgers and sandwiches. In the mood for pizza? They have gluten-free crusts. Pasta? They have that, too. For dessert, there are NoRa’s ever-delicious cupcakes, with 2 gluten-free options. Â The place is family-friendly and fun. So it’s a win-win-win.
