There’s a new gluten-free baker in Connecticut, and she’s a contender. Lori Cornett just opened Make it GF, where she’s making and selling amazing pizza dough, pasta, tortillas, pita breads and more, right from her dedicated gluten-free facility in Canton . A scientist by trade, Lori brings a unique approach to developing her recipes, and it shows. She worked for months perfecting her pizza dough, and even offers baking directions to customers so that they can achieve the best results. But quite honestly, her dough is delicious no matter how you make it! We were so excited to see celiac-friendly gluten-free dumpling wrappers and puff pastry in the freezer, and we can’t wait to see(and taste!) what Lori comes up with next.
