Owned and operated by mother/daughter team Barbara and Arielle Freedman, Gluten-Free Territory is dedicated gluten free and nut free, and everything is made and packaged by hand. Barbara and Arielle develop their own recipes, and are always experimenting with new flavors. Offerings include brownies, blondies, cookies, and macaroons and cakes, but these aren’t your typical GF treats. The brownies come in plain, raspberry cheesecake, mint, and vegan, and they just might be the best in the region (not just saying that). Pumpkin cheesecake brownies are a seasonal favorite, the chocolate chip cookies are divine, and their new “Cowgirl” cookies are just plain fun.
Gluten-Free Territory does not have a storefront, but their products can be found at markets, coffee shops and restaurants throughout the region, including all Flatbread locations. You can also order online to have product shipped to your doorstep. The sweetest part is that each order contains a personal note from Barbara or Arielle!
