Zeia Pizza Crust
We just love discovering new gluten-free products, and this one reminds us of exactly why. Zeia Foods is a small, dedicated gluten-free pizza crust business located in Ashton. NH. They’re owned and operated by three women, one of whom is celiac, and one who spent years perfecting their recipe. What we love most about them is the seasoning that’s baked in, and the crunch!
Zeia’s crusts are currently available at restaurants throughout New England, so check their website and go eat at one of them. You can also buy one to take home from Peppercorn Natural Foods in Plymouth, NH, and they’ll be more widely available next month. It’s a good thing, because they’re so good.
