Depuma’s Gluten-Free Pasta owner John Depuma, a CT resident, honed his culinary skills in prestigious restaurants throughout the region. But it was his celiac wife’s pasta craving that helped him find his true passion, and now we all benefit!
Gina, who is Italian, wanted a safe, gluten-free pasta that had the same texture and taste as traditional recipes, and John was determined to make it. He “put all his efforts into creating quality, homemade gluten-free pasta so that everyone suffering from gluten intolerance can “Enjoy the Pleasure of Gluten Free.”
That was in 2006, and DePuma’s Gluten-Free Pastas are now available across the region, in both large grocery stores and smaller markets. They also ship nationwide. But the best part is that they make so much more than just pasta, and John’s always developing new ideas and products. Below is a just sampling of current offerings.
