They do have dedicated fryers and I’ve never had a problem. Kanes is the BEST!! I have to eat one per month to taste each monthly flavor.

I think I may have had a reaction to Kanes donuts but it was a long day of eating out so not sure. Didn’t feel so good after. But apparently they are pretty safe.
