Wow – that’s an excellent question. Pizza is one of those things that is not safe in so many places, but can be safe in others. We do have our favorite places for safe pizza, and have never had an issue. But there’s never a guarantee about any foods unless they come from a dedicated GF facility. This is why we work to harness the experiences and knowledge of our local communities – we’re all in this together.
