At Orinco Kitchen, everything made in the kitchen is gluten free. The only items that aren’t GF are made outside of the facility. All of their arepas and empanadas are 100% gluten free, along with South American appetizers and desserts…and the place us super safe.

Red Heat Tavern is the sassier sister of Burtons Grill (see above). Think gluten-free American comfort food. Fried pickles, onion rings, wings, fried chicken sandwiches, chocolate chip cookie sundaes, and so much more. Much of the menu is already GF, and they can adjust the rest of it. It’s not often that you find a Chinese restaurant that’s loved by celiacs and non-celiacs alike. The staff at Uncle Cheung’s REALLY knows what they’re doing. They use dedicated fryers and prep areas, and know exactly how to substitute ingredients to make your meal both safe and delicious. Even dumplings! Look for the photo of their dog at the front desk, who is also gluten free!

Orders must be placed in advance for fresh items, but the freezer is always full of soups, pot pies and more for walk-in.
