Healthfare market in New Canaan makes being GF in New Canaan a pleasure.  In fact, right under their name, it says “Gluten free and Wheat Free is our specialty.” With a massive section of the market dedicated to GF products, you may want to curl up and become one with the GF baking mixes.  Or, you may just buy all the GF products you’ve ever needed, snack on a GF muffin, and feel grateful that the locally owned and loved Healthfare market exists in your part of the state.  GFC sure wishes that it existed in ours.
