Mothership on Main

Mothership Bakery and Cafe in Danbury is one of those places you kinda have to visit to really appreciate.  The owners started the business in an airstream trailer years ago, and in keeping with their unique approach, their current location is inside an old soccer club. They always have gluten free treats on hand, and they can make any of their sandwiches or paninis using gluten free bread. The best part is that they make their own GF Brazilian cheese bread, which, we must say, is pretty darn amazing. This is a place-your-order and then sit down place, with a sunny dining room, including an area for coffee and relaxation. Danbury, you’re a lucky city!  (Gluten Free Lunch Danbury)
