P.F. Chang’s

P.F. Chang’s may be a chain of Chinese/Asian restaurants, but they are certainly doing something right. They have a very elaborate GF menu, including lettuce wraps, shrimp with lobster sauce, fried rice, egg drop soup, and more.  They use separate, dedicated GF oil, utensils, and woks for all GF food prep, as well as GF soy sauce in all of their GF sauces and marinates. They even have a GF ginger berry shortcake for dessert.  Yum.
