Van Rensselaer’s really makes an effort to accommodate gluten-free diners.  They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with GF options clearly marked. This includes pancakes, omelettes, sandwiches on GF bread, raw bar, chicken, seafood dishes, grain bowls and much more.
