Hartford Flavor Company

If we here at GFC were on the fence about including distilleries in the directory, Hartford Flavor Company pushed us over the edge. And we’re so glad they did. A few years ago, Lelaneia Dubay created her own lavender liqueur, after she developed a sensitivity to gluten and other alcohols. With much encouragement from family and friends, she and her husband Tom opened Hartford Flavor Company in 2015. The Dubays start with a gluten and GMO-free alcohol base, and end up with flavors such as Birch, Rose, and Chai Spice, in their “Wild Moon” line of liqueurs. With a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility, it really doesn’t get much better than this.  Tasting room hours are included to the right.
