40 Paper Italian Bistro in Camden, Maine serves inventive, Italian food with plenty of safe gluten-free options. From grilled Maine oysters to GF flatbreads, pastas and more, you definitely won’t feel like you’re missing out. Although they’re not a dedicated GF facility, they also pride themselves on their extremely careful food prep protocols. The menu rotates, so call before you go, but on the day we checked, the entire dessert menu was GF.  We’re sold.
