Amigos Mexican Cantina

Just three months after Mike Henney opened Amigos Mexican Cantina in Milford, NH, his wife was diagnosed with Celiac disease. This prompted the couple to examine all the ingredients used in the restaurant in hopes of creating a restaurant where others with gluten intolerance could eat. The result? About 90% of the menu at Amigos is gluten-free! We recommend one of their signature GF dishes, Mexican Mac and Cheese. Yum!
