Area Four
Area Four is a hip South End cafe specializing in wood fired pizzas. All of their pizzas can be made gluten free with a homemade potato based crust. Choose from classics like marinara. Or, if you’re feeling more adventurous, order one of their breakfast pies topped with eggs, bacon and more. Staff is very accommodating and happy to modify any menu items. Their gluten free crust is handmade from scratch. They make a limited number each day, so be sure to call ahead to check for availability. (Gluten Free Cafe Boston)
Area Four has two other locations in Boston. Each menu is different, so keep that in mind when dining. The Kendall Square location has a few gluten free options, but doesn’t have gluten free pizza crust. They also have an arcade bar called A4cade in Cambridge. This location has teamed up with Roxy’s Grilled Cheese to offer unique grilled cheese sandwiches that can be made with gluten free bread.
