Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar

Arooga’s has locations in CT, RI, and MA. All kitchens in all locations have been certified and trained by Beyond Celiac, a non-profit whose mission is to educate advocate, and empower. This means that while they are not a dedicated gluten free facility, they have strict guidelines in place to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The menus vary from location to location, but you can always find a huge choice of gluten free wings, from “naked” on up to “Louisiana Garlic” and “Ghost Face Killa.” They also have burgers on gluten free buns, ribs, all sorts of soups, salads and more.
