Aurora’s Gypsy Cafe

Aurora’s Gypsy Cafe, based in Shelton, dishes out exotic and international cuisine  to festivals and fairs all over New England.  With recipes ranging from Native American “Hopi” cakes(blue corn) to traditional Romanian foods, from Egyptian quinoa pumpkin falafel to Moroccan vegan/GF stew, she’s got it covered. She notes that nearly 100% of her menu is GF. Add in her Persian rugs and eclectic decor, and she’s definitely got our attention!
