Baldanza serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They can put any sandwich or breakfast offering on GF bread, along with an interesting selection of quinoa and zucchini noodle salads. Their dinner menu is also chock full of GF appetizers and entrees, and they sell many varieties of soups, most of which are GF.
