Rooster Co. in Newington serves locally sourced rotisserie style chicken, plus a whole lot of interesting farm to table offerings.  As of this writing they had appetizers that included hummus, a cheeseboard, oysters, and more. They also have soup and lots of salads.   If you’d rather have beef, they have a whole burger section on the menu, all available on gluten free buns They also have an ever-changing assortment of entrees and daily specials, always including some gluten free options. The menu changes regularly, so do check it out on their website before heading in for a meal. And did we mention sides? We could eat an entire meal of sides! As of this writing they had grilled zucchini, local polenta, melon with prosciutto and mint, avocado with grapefruit and red onion and more. They have a kids menu too. (Best Gluten Free Newington)
