Everything, yes everything at Cafe Le Rouge in Westport is gluten free.  Aarti, the owner and chef, makes beautifully decadent desserts, influenced by her Indian heritage. You’ll find all sorts of gluten free chocolate brownie crusts topped with everything from raspberry mousse and  dark chocolate curls, to pistachio and saffron. She also sells her handmade chocolates, French crepes, and French macaroons, ALL gluten free.  Can’t get into the store? She’ll mail them to you.  Just check her out online.
