Bettola in Cranston, RI is on a mission is to re-imagine what a local, neighborhood pizza parlor can be. And from what we can see, they’re succeeding. For starters, 75% of the menu is gluten free optional. They make their own gluten free pizza dough, they offer a gluten free pasta option for all entrees, and awesome GF bread for sandwiches. They prepare all GF meals separately, and they even cook GF pizzas in a separate oven. Not a dedicated GF facility, but these guys know what they’re doing, and they do it deliciously.
