Bite Me Kupcakez’s founder began cooking and baking gluten free when her daughter was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. She’s been baking her famous gluten free cupcakes at Bite Me Kupcakez in Merrimack, NH since 2011. Bite Me Kupcakez offers yummy cupcakes and other baked goods, as well as breakfast and lunch, including waffles, paninis, and soups. They’ll even top your waffle with cheesecake filling – wow!
