Blaze Pizza

Blaze Pizza has locations in CT, MA, and NH. They also have locations across the country, and for good reason. Their mission is to provide a fresh, creative, and personal pizza, crisped to perfection, in about the same amount of time it would take to get a Subway sandwich. They will happily change their gloves for your pizza, and use a fresh cutter. They will also press your GF dough using separate tools. Blaze is far from a dedicated gluten-free facility, but they do have plenty of happy celiac customers. But, as always, use your own judgement. You can choose from their fun list of pizzas, which include a GF crust and vegan cheese, as well as vegetarian and meat options.  If you visit their website, you’ll find a fun little allergen search feature that allows you to find menu items that are devoid of artificial coloring, eggs, peanuts, shellfish, soy, milk, gluten, nitrates, tree nuts and more. Speaking of tree nuts, they even offer a tree nut-free pesto. If you go, be sure to confirm their food prep practices. (Gluten Free Pizza Boston)
