Blue Elephant Trail

Thai cuisine is, for the most part, deliciously gluten free. However, that’s not to say that there isn’t gluten lurking in certain recipes and dishes. At Blue Elephant Trail in West Hartford, as well as its sister location, Elephant Trail in Avon, all you have to do is ask. Nearly all menu items are either already gluten free, or can be prepared that way. From pad thai to curries, all you need to do is clarify with your server, and then enjoy. Kitchen is not GF.
