The Celiac Epicurean

The Celiac Epicurean is Connecticut’s only 100% GF food truck. The menu is full of great American options like burgers, hotdogs, and turkey clubs, all served on Brazilian cheese rolls. You can also get some other interesting sandwiches, as well as various types of fries, all cooked in a dedicated GF fryer, of course. Need dessert? They have that. Dessert options rotate, but they’ve been known to offer flourless chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches, and whoopee pies.  Check their website to find out where they’ll be and when.
