The Mint Bistro

Mint Bistro in Manchester, NH does gluten free beautifully. The number of “GF’s” on the menu is exciting – and if you’re gluten free, you know how good that feels.  Options include risotto verdure, herb baked haddock filet, maple glazed sea scallops, vegan pad Thai, lamb skewers, and many others including various tapas and salads. Mint Bistro also offers a sushi menu, a dessert menu and a wine, beer and cocktail menu as well. Mint Bistro is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, but the staff is well educated and the kitchen is super careful. Still always inform your server of your dietary needs, and use your own judgement when eating out!
