Knead Doughnuts

Knead Doughnuts is a donut bakery in Providence, RI. They’ve got 3 locations on Elmgrove Ave, Cromwell St, and Custom House St., all of which offer gluten-free options. Knead doesn’t fry their donuts – they bake them, so there’s no risk of cross-contamination from fryers. They use separate pans and utensils as well. The only risk is from airborne flour, which is something that you’ll need to assess for yourself, as they are not a dedicated gluten-free facility.  They have space rental for birthday parties, and they can cater large events, including weddings!
