The Cookie Workshop

Gluten Free Trumbull: The Cookie Workshop in Trumbull makes cookies and cupcakes.  The entire bakery is nut-free, and they take orders of cookie platters(12-24 cookies) and cupcakes(by the dozen). You can also stop in to decorate your own cookie or cupcake, or you can plan a party to bake and decorate them with your friends. They have GF, egg-free, and dairy-free options for both cookies and cupcakes, but you must call at least 24 hours ahead. Check their website for drop-in times and details.

*The Cookie Workshop is a 100% nut-free facility, but is not dedicated gluten-free. They do prepare all GF cookie and cupcakes first thing in the morning, to limit the risk for cross-contamination.
