Donde Thiago is authentic Columbian food. It’s also 100% gluten free, so you can dive in and taste everything. Co-owned by a couple, one of whom is a Columbian native, the entire menu is based on arepas and empanadas. Arepas are corn-based flatbreads that they stuff full of seasoned meats, seafood or veggies and beans. Empanadas are like corn-based turnovers filled with shredded chicken, beef, cheese and more. And the sauces – wow! You can have your choice and dip away- safely! Donde Thiago can be found at local farmers markets in the Greater Boston area, and they are available for catering.
