Duino Duende

Duino Duende is a cozy spot in Burlington, VT serving up street food from around the world…we like the sound of that! On their menu, they state that “almost everything can be made vegan or gluten free.” We like the sound of that, too! Some of their yummy-sounding choices include braised kale, buffalo cauliflower bites, tacos on corn tortillas, panang curry, a burger/veggie burger on a GF bun, and various sandwiches/wraps on GF wraps! Unfortunately, they do fry fried chicken in the same fryers as their fries – so if you’re sensitive, we sadly don’t recommend the fries. Duino Duende also offers weekend brunch, and most of those choices work for GF folks too. Try a tofu and kale egg scramble (minus the toast) or ask for their breakfast burrito in one of the GF wraps. They’re not a dedicated GF facility, so do use your judgement and be sure to tell your server about your allergy. (Gluten Free Burlington)
