Durbar Square offers Indian/Nepali cuisine, and most of the menu is inherently gluten free. Everything is marked with gluten-free and vegan labels, including unique offerings like wild boar ribs, Shrimp Tarkari, Lamb Tass, as well as many vegetarian options. Not dedicated GF, but careful in the kitchen.
